This lovely cottage is located just a few steps from the bustling harbour in the pretty village of Seahouses, and is just a 5 minute walk from the local golden sandy beaches. Seahouses is perfect for fishing and golf and has a host of great places to eat and drink. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the spectacular Farne Islands, and take a boat trip out to see the grey seals, puffins and an amazing array of bird species which live there. You can take the coastal path to the quaint village of Bamburgh, which is home to a magnificent castle and the RNLI Grace Darling Museum, or take a trip out to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne.

On entering this pretty cottage you will find yourself in the comfy and welcoming lounge. With a feature stone wall, plenty of comfortable seating, Smart TV and a selection of DVDs and games for all the family, the spacious and charming lounge is ideal for relaxing in after a fantastic day out. Heading into the stylish and traditional kitchen/diner, you will find a delightful dining area. The attractively designed kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and cafetiere. Exploring the ground floor further you will also find a bathroom complete with an electric shower over the bath and a WC. Going upstairs, you will find three cosy bedrooms. There’s a double bedroom, a twin room and a bunk bedroom.

Stepping outside, you can relax in the small patio area which is shared with the neighbouring cottage. There is ample off-road parking available for one car in the shared courtyard.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Good value for money,really great location, loved the swallows nesting under the arch, loved the boats & chips vibe of Seahouses; beautiful, clean, endless beaches. Very little planning needed for a fabulous week.

Lovely weeks stay for a family of 5. Perfect location right by the harbour in Seahouses, very close to pubs, shops and cafes in town. Very clean and comfortable house. Parking tight but manageable. Beautiful beaches just down the road.

The cottage is in the perfect location for town and for beaches. It was in excellent condition and had plenty of space for all of us. Really well decorated, comfortable and very kind, welcoming hosts. Wed definitely go back again!
