The seaside village of Beadnell is located on the Northumberland coast, and is one of the most picturesque places in the area. The village has a choice of pubs and shops and boasts a stunning horseshoe-shaped beach along a beautiful stretch of the coastline, which extends for over 3 miles south, all the way to Newton-by-the-Sea, and is the ideal sport for a range of water sports. From Beadnell you can take a short drive, or walk along the beautiful coastal path, to other delightful villages including Seahouses and Bamburgh. You can enjoy boat trips to the Farne Islands or Lindisfarne, or head to the popular market town of Alnwick, with its famous castle and gardens.
On entering this charming property, an entrance hall leads you through to the bright and inviting lounge. Traditionally furnished, with plenty of comfortable seating, a feature fireplace and TV. The welcoming, light and airy lounge is an ideal space for relaxing in. You will also find a charming dining room where you can enjoy a meal in style. Heading into the elegantly designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric hob, a double, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The breakfast table has seating for four guests. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a small conservatory with garden access and seating, which is a great space to relax in. There are two ground-floor bedrooms. There’s a master bedroom, with king-size bed, and a twin room which overlooks the garden. You will also find a modern bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Going upstairs you will find two further twin bedrooms with views over the village. There is also a shower room complete with electric shower and a WC.
There is off-road parking available for up to three cars. The gardens surround three sides of the cottage so you can follow the sun round during the day. There is an enclosed paved courtyard to the rear and a lawn garden to the front. You will also have access to the garage where there is an additional fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden furniture is stored here, and there’s also space for storing your bikes, diving equipment, fishing tackle, golf clubs, drying wet suits and surf boards.
